The Design Process
Here is an overview of the Design Process:
1:
complete the Design Questionnaire
2:
send me any content/ideas you may have on your project
3:
I will send you an estimate of the project
(this will probably include a phone conversation).
4: should you choose
to proceed with the project, a deposit of 50%
of
the estimate is due to begin work.
NOTE: The
remaining balance will be divided in half and paid monthly, for 2 months
or when the site is launched – whichever comes first.
Within an estimated turnaround time
5: I
will send you a first draft
6: you provide
feedback and suggestions
7: I
will implement the requested changes and send the second draft.
Within an estimated turnaround time
8: you review and
fine-tune any changes
9: I will implement
the requested changes and send the third draft*.
After your approval...
10: we will test your
site for functionality and when acceptable to you
11: the balance is
due, and
12: your site will be
launched.
*I generally work within three draft cycles and if the project requires additional changes, hourly rates apply.
